What are we Building?

MIROI is more than just a clothing brand. We’re building a lifestyle brand inspired by the Indian design, craft and the way we live today.

We’ve started with clothing, but this is only the beginning. Over time, MIROI will grow into accessory, home and other things we love, all connected by the same design language.

Where is MIROI based?

We are based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and all our clothing is made here in-house by our small team.

Are MIROI pieces made to order?

Yes. Our pieces are made to order, which means we start working on your order once we receive the full payment. This also allows us to make each piece especially for you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are processed after full payment has been received.

How long will my order take?

Since our pieces are made to order, please allow 2-4 working days (depending on your order) for your piece to be made before it is shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As our pieces are made to order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive an incorrect item or a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

If you’re unsure about your size or have any questions about the fit, please reach out to us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to help you find the right fit.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If you have any concerns after receiving your order, please email us or simply DM us on Instagram at @miroiindia. We’re a small team, so you’ll be speaking directly to us and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
